Dubai – Mubasher: MAG Lifestyle Development (MAG LD) is set to deliver AED 2.4 billion ($653 million) contracts in 2018.
“Contractors should brace themselves for a flurry of contract tenders and awards in 2018,” MAG LD’s CEO Talal Al Gaddah told Construction Week Online on Tuesday.
The top official did not reveal any details pertaining to these contracts, although most of them are expected to be for residential projects.
So far in 2018, MAG LD has awarded AED 375 million ($102 million) contracts in Dubai, the news website revealed.
The Emirati developer plans to hand over 1,464 units in MAG 5 Boulevard and MAG 5 Dubai South in 2018 and 2019.
"Phase 1 will be delivered in Q3-18 for MAG 5 Boulevard, and Phase 2 for MAG 5 Dubai South will be delivered in Q2-19," Gaddah said.
