Mubasher: MAG Lifestyle Development, the UAE-based development arm of Moafaq Al Gaddah (MAG Group), has appointed Opal as the interior design consultant and named VX Studio as the peer review consultant for its MAG Eye project in Meydan, Dubai.
Opal will be responsible for designing the interiors of the townhouses and apartment buildings of MAG Eye which is valued at AED 4.7 billion, according to a recent statement.
Meanwhile, VX Studio will provide development solutions that maximise return on investment.
MAG Eye is currently the only fully-gated townhouse and villa community in Meydan District 7 in a location close to both Dubai International Airport and Downtown Dubai.
“Investors and future residents will benefit from an attractive payment plan that will allow them to pay 5% on reservation, 5% from the second to seventh instalment, and 65% upon completion,” the statement added.
Residents of MAG Eye will have access to a sports club, ladies lounge area, coffee shop, swimming pool, and dedicated children’s pool and indoor play area, in addition to indoor and outdoor bar areas for community parties.
