Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia's Middle East Healthcare Co. (MEAHCO) is expected to launch two branches of Saudi German Hospital in Hail this year, said CEO Mamoun Al-Najjar.
He added that his company also plans to build another branch in Dammam this year.
The healthcare services provider company had opened the first Saudi German Hospital in Jeddah in 1988, and then launched four branches in Jeddah, Riyadh, Aseer and Madinah, Al-Najjar said.
"We plan to boost our brand, expand the outstanding utilities and build new hospitals," he said, expecting Hail hospital to kick off in the second quarter of 2016.
The company launched public subscription for retail investors on Thursday. A total of 8.28 million shares were offered at SAR 64 ($17.06) each.
The offering will run seven days until 9 March.
