Kuwait – Mubasher: The chairman and CEO of MENA Capital Holding, Hamad Abdullatif Al Asfour, said that the firm has acquired a real estate portfolio of 14 buildings in the Italian capital, Rome.
Al Asfour revealed that historical architectural designs distinguish the buildings of the real estate project Fellini; these buildings could be used as hotels, offices, and residential real estate, according to Alrai Media.
MENA Capital was able to reinforce its financial performance in the fiscal year ended 31 March 2017, despite the political and geopolitical turbulence in the region, he added during the firm’s general meeting on Monday, pointing out that the firm aims to be one of the powerful financial institutions in Kuwait.
The Kuwaiti firm is working on strengthening its financial position through expanding geographically over the next years, he said, referring to the positive results MENA Capital achieved due to the wise decisions it adopted during the past years.
He said that MENA Capital succeeded in exiting from some of its real estate investments over the past period, mentioning that the company is currently working on various new investments compatible with its investment policy.
