Riyadh-Mubasher: Middle East Specialized Cables Co. (MESC) said the board approved appointing Ayman Al-Masri as CEO as of 23 December 2015, the company said in a filing to the Saudi bourse on Thursday.
The term of acting managing director Abdulaziz Al-Namlah expired on 23 December, the company added.
