Mubasher: Mohamed Metawee Group (MG Developments) has commenced the construction of the Headquarter Business “HQ” project located in the first sector on the 90th Street in Al Tagamoa Al Khames in Egypt, with a total investment reaching EGP 1 billion.
Launched in November 2018, the HQ project will be implemented at the highest level by using the best technologies, methods, and the arts of construction and architecture to match the same model in many countries across the Arab region, according to a recent press release.
It is noteworthy that the HQ project is the kickoff for the real estate group in the commercial and administrative field.
“We work very hard to complete the project as soon as possible. The total area of the project is 11,000 metres, the floor space around 1600 metres to 1850 metres. The building consists of two floors under the ground and the ground floor is represented in the commercial area and the administrative reaches 5 floors,” CEO of MG Developments Mohamed Metawee said.
He added: “The building is also equipped with a two-story garage parking on an area of 9000 metres for 208 cars. There are many entrances for the building and we allocated entrances for administrative and other for commercial plus all offices have a complete front-end finishing.”
The CEO highlighted that the completion rate of this project will exceed 60% after the completion of the concrete structure of the building during 2019.
