Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) Company has amended and renewed a Sharia-compliant credit facility agreement with Samba Financial Group to finance new projects.
The deal, guaranteed by a promissory note, is valued at SAR 120.235 million, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
The financing term starts on 10 September 2020 and ends on March 2021.
