Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) Company has signed an agreement to amend and renew Sharia-compliant credit facilities worth SAR 126.8 million with Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB).
The deal aims to finance the company’s current and future project needs, according to a stock exchange filing on Thursday.
The financing term starts from 19 August 2020 and ends on 30 April 2021.
Moreover, the funding is guaranteed by a promissory note with a value of SAR 126.8 million to SAIB.
