Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) Company has been awarded a project from the Saudi Ministry of Health to operate and maintain the digital infrastructure of 72 hospitals located in the Eastern and Northern provinces for SAR 58.48 million, including the value-added tax (VAT).
The deal, expected to be signed on 18 January 2021, carries a maturity period of three years, according to a stock exchange filing on Wednesday.
In October, the health ministry approved the price offer submitted by MIS to operate and maintain the digital infrastructure of 48 hospitals in the Central Province for SAR 39.9 million.
