Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Industrial Property Authority "MODON" signed a contract with Coca-Cola Bottling Plant to establish a factory in Sudair City for Industry and businesses on an area of more than 187,000 square metres.
The total value of investment of the project is expected to exceed $100 million, according to a press release on Sunday.
The factory will include several production lines of soft drinks and bottled water and will provide more than 500 job opportunities for Saudi citizens.
Saleh Al-Rasheed, the director general of MODON noted that Sudair City was chosen for its strategic importance as a promising platform to several manufacturing options and an attractive environment for brand names.
Moreover, the city comprises of 293 wide-ranging productive and under construction industrial projects, adding to its proximity to the capital Riyadh.
