MRHE to build AED 518m housing projects in Dubai

Dubai – Mubasher: Mohammad Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE) on Wednesday unveiled a plan to commence the construction of 523 residential units in two areas in Dubai.

Estimated at AED 518 million, the projects will be established in Al Khwaneej Second and Al Warqaa Fourth by 2018, Alkhaleej newspaper reported citing an MRHE top official as saying .

The residential units are expected to be completed by the end of 2020, MRHE CEO Sami Abdulla Gargash told the newspaper.

MRHE last submitted the design of a 379 residential-unit project in Al Khwaneej Second in Dubai to consultants, which is scheduled to be executed by the second half of 2018, Alkhaleej added.

The total cost of the project of the 379-unit project is AED 434 million, said Gargash, noting that he expects the project to be completed within 30 months.

MRHE is preparing a tender for the design of a 26-unit residential project in Hatta, the top official added.

Dubai-based MRHE is planning to build around 1,800 residential units by the end of 2021 under the grants and loans system, Gargash concluded.
