Mubasher: The benchmark MSM 30 of Muscat Securities Market ended Sunday’s trading falling 0.3% or 17.7 points to 5,868.4 points.
The Shariah index also declined 0.03% to the level of 887.6 points.
Trading volume reached 13.17 million shares exchanged at OMR 2.01 million.
The financial, industrial and services sectors shrank collectively by 0.84%, 0.34% and 0.22% respectively.
Out of 38 companies, one shares advanced, 18 others closed in red and the remaining 19 were flat.
Oman Cement was the only riser with a growth of 0.43%, while Oman and Emirates Investment Holding topped losers after falling 4.76%.
Global Financial Investment made the highest trading activity as 6.06 million shares were exchanged at OMR 818,300.
