Mubasher: The benchmark MSM 30 of Muscat Securities Market opened Thursday’s session with a fall of 0.53% or 31.21 points to the level of 5,884.25 points.
Trading volume reached 11.02 million shares by 11:00 Am Muscat time through 428 transactions, with a turnover of OMR 2.28 million.
The bourse’s sectors dropped collectively, topped by the services sector with a 0.78% decrease, pressured by the decrease in National Gas, Oman Qatari Telecommunication and Renaissance Services. The latter led the red list with a fall of 4.64%.
Meanwhile Al Anwar Holdings topped gainers by adding 3.39%, followed by Port Services Corp with a growth of 3.36%.
MSM 30 closed Wednesday at the level of 5,915.46 points after rising 1.14% or 66.57 points.
