Mubasher: The MSM 30 index of the Muscat Securities Market fell at Wednesday’s open by 0.03% or 1.66 points to the level of 5,823.02 points.
By 11:00am Muscat time, trading volume reached 5.9 million shares exchanged at OMR 854,150 million through 259 transactions.
The financial and services sectors dropped 0.15% and 0.02% respectively, while the industrial sector rose 0.14%.
Bank Nizwa, down 1.14%, was the worst performer, while Al Anwar Ceramic, up 1.82%, was the top gainer.
