Mubasher: The benchmark MSM 30 of the Muscat Securities Market, on Monday, declined in mid trading by 0.42% or 22.91 points to the level of 5,496.21 points.
Trading volume reached 37.46 million shares exchanged at OMR 14.93 million through 307 transactions.
By 11:40amn Muscat time, the financial sector slid 0.64%, pressured by a 4.76% fall in 4.76% and a 4.12% decrease in Dhofar International.
The industrial sector shrank 0.06% as Al Anwar Ceramic and Dhofar Cattle Feed fell by 2.34% and 1.82%, while Oman Fisheries led gainers by adding 1.67%.
The services sector also dropped 0.04%, dragged by the fall in National Gas by 1.32%. The stock made the highest turnover of OMR 157,630.
