Mubasher: The MSM 30 index of the Muscat Securities Market declined in Tuesday’s early trading by 0.12% or 6.79 points to the level of 5,790.37 points.
By 10:35am Muscat time, turnover reached OMR 76,560 as 345,340 shares were exchanged through 44 transactions.
The services sector dropped 0.18% as SMN Power shrank 1.14% and Omantel fell 0.68%.
The financial sector retreated 0.17%, dragged by a fall of 1.53% in HSBC Oman, thw worst performing stock. The industrial sector declined 0.02%.
