Mubasher: The benchmark MSM 30 index of the Muscat Securities Market dropped in Wednesday’s mid trading by 0.2% or 11.69 points to the level of 5,691.97 points.
Trading volume reached 4.86 million shares exchanged at OMR 1.18 million through 3,250 transactions.
The industrial and financial sectors declined by 0.66% and 0.04% respectively, while the services sector rose 0.18%.
Al Anwar Ceramic Tiles led the red list with a 2.76% fall, while Renaissance Services topped gainers with a growth of 4.3%.
