Mubasher: The MSM 30 index of the Muscat Securities Market, on Monday, declined in early trading by 0.58% or 33.55 points to the level of 5,711.04 points.
Trading volume reached 3.62 million shares exchanged at OMR 1 million through 210 transactions.
By 11:00am Muscat time, the services and industrials sectors shrank 0.92% and 0.04% respectively, while the financial sector rose 0.58%.
Omantel, down 2.76%, was the worst performer, while Ahli Bank, up 2.63%, led gainers.
