Mubasher: The MSM 30 index of the Muscat Securities Market leapt in Thursday’s early trading by 0.17% or 36.34 points to the level of 5,793.18 points.
Trading volume reached 10.9 million shares, turnover amounted to OMR 2.32 million by 09:35am Muscat time.
The financial sector levelled up 1.17% as Oman and Emirates Investment topped gainers by adding 4.35%, Al Sharqiya Investment rose 2.8%.
National Bank of Oman, up 1.26%, made the highest activity as 3.29 million shares were exchanged at OMR 794,850.
The industrial and services sectors advanced 0.3% and 0.39% respectively.
