Trading volume reached 10.6 million shares exchanged at OMR 1.8 million through 467 transactions.
By 11:00am Muscat time, the financial sector grew 0.39% as Al Anwar Holdings advanced 4.12%.
The industries sector ascended 0.35% due to an increase of 5.08% in Oman Fisheries, the best performing stock, and 2.17% in Galfar Engineering.
The services sector levelled up 0.16% as Oman Investment and Port Services Corp rose 3.08% and 1.95%, respectively.
