Mubasher: The benchmark MSM 30 of the Muscat Securities Market, on Wednesday, rose in early trading by 0.15% or 8.74 points to the level of 5,741.4 points.
The financial, services and industrial sectors rose by 0.29%, 0.12% and 0.06% respectively.
Al Madina Investment topped gainers by adding 1.7% and HSBC Oman advanced 1.61%.
Al Anwar Holdings was the most active stock as 1.37 million shares were exchanged at OMR 261,090.
Trading volume reached 5.03 million shares exchanged through 248 transactions, making a turnover of OMR 962,190.
