Mubasher: The benchmark MSM 30 of the Muscat Securities Market ended Wednesday’s trading falling by 0.14% or 8.06 points to the level of 5,848.21 points.
The financial, industrial and services dropped collectively by 0.38%, 0.34% and 0.01% respectively.
Trading volume increased to 12.76 million shares from 10.13 million shares exchanged on Tuesday, while turnover shrank to OMR 2.11 million from OMR 2.56 million.
Ominvest led the green list by adding 1.82%, whereas Bank Nizwa topped losers by falling 2.56%.
Oman and Emirates Holding was the most active stock with a trading volume of 6.15 million shares exchanged at OMR 849,280.
MSM 30 declined on Tuesday by 0.07% or 4.42 points to the level of 5,856.28 points.
