Mubasher: Oman’s MSM 30 index closed on positive note on Thursday amid the collective gains of the markets sectors topped by the services sector.
MSM 30 index went up 0.31% or 17.65 points to close at 5,782.71 points.
The services sector topped the advanced sectors as it added 0.33%, while the industrial sector came in the second place as it gained 0.31%.Following suit, the financial sector went up 0.09%.
The market witnessed 12.24 million shares changed hands worth OMR 2.74 million.
National Bank of Oman topped the best performing stocks in terms of trading volumes, while Bank Muscat was the best performer in terms of trading values.
