The market saw a trading of 1.2 million shares, with a turnover of OMR 252,900.
The industrial sector retreated 0.27%, whereas the financial and services sectors remained unchanged.
Oman Fisheries was the best performer after adding 1.6%, while Galfar Engineering and Contracting led losers after falling 3.5%.
