Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Muscat Securities Exchange (MSM) ended Thursday’s trading session 0.41% or 23.94 points lower at 5,815.06 points.
The services sector topped the gainers with a rise of 0.62% in line with the 3.16% gain of Ooredoo.
MSM’s industrial segment went up 0.34% on the back of Oman Fisheries which rose by 3.51%.
The market’s turnover fell to OMR 4.63 million, while the trading volume increased to 20.8 million shares.
Oman Fisheries was the most active stock on which 5.2 million shares were exchanged.
Ooredoo recorded the highest trading value of OMR 1.02 million.
