Mubasher: The Muscat Securities Market's (MSM) main index MSM 30 moved higher in Monday early trade, as it added 0.42% or 20.86 points reaching the level of 4,962.61 points.
The market turnover reached OMR 1.12 million, with 6.47 million shares changed hands through 283 transactions.
The financial sector gained 0.65%, followed by services and industry which edged up 0.38% and 0.17%, respectively.
MSM 30, closed Sunday at the level of 4,941.75 points after rising 1.54% or 74.76 points
