Mubasher: The benchmark MSM 30 closed Tuesday’s trading rising by 0.17% or 10.17 points to the level of 5,896.97 points, extending its gains to the fourth session in a row.
Trading volume decreased to 13.91 million shares from 23.28 million shares exchanged on Monday, turnover also shrank to OMR 2.69 million from OMR 3.59 million.
The industrial, financial and services sectors rose collectively by 0.24%, 0.16% and 0.02% respectively.
Global Financial Investment led the green list with a growth of 3.66%, while Oman Ceramics topped losers after falling by 8.92%.
Bank Muscat made the highest liquidity of OMR 702,740, whereas Galfar Engineering was the most traded stock with 2.05 million shares.
