Mubasher: Muscat Securities Market (MSM) maintained its uptrend for the sixth successive session on Tuesday, rising to the highest level since 12 October.
The general index rose 0.58% or 34.42 points to reach 5,960.56 points.
Trading volume grew 1.87% to 52.58 million shares. Similarly, turnover increased 4% to OMR 10.08 million.
The financial sector added 1.45% after HSBC Oman gained 8.48%.
