Mubasher: The benchmark MSM 30 of the Muscat securities Market opened Tuesday’s trading with a growth of 0.05% or 3.16 points to the level of 5,889.95 points.
Trading volume reached 2.15 million shares exchanged by 10:50 AM Muscat time through 146 transactions, making a turnover of OMR 228,500.
The industrial and financial sectors rose by 0.20% and 0.08% respectively, while the services sector was flat.
Construction Materials Industries led risers by adding 3.13%, while Oman and Emirates Investment Holding topped decliners after falling by 0.69%.
Galfar Engineering made the biggest trading activity as 603,000 shares were exchanged at OMR 64,500.
