Mubasher: The Muscat Securities Market (MSM) saw a positive performance in Thursday’s mid-session.
The main index rose 0.2% or 3.88 points to reach 5,497 points by 10:30am Oman time.
The financial sector increased 0.10% as Oman United Insurance Company and Raysut Cement levelled up 1.37% and 0.99% respectively.
The services sector went up 0.04% as Phoenix Power and National Gas – Oman gained 0.7% and 0.65% respectively.
Turnover reached OMR 1.02 million after trading 4.29 million shares through 261 transactions.
