The market saw trading of 2.66 million shares through 149 transactions, with turnover of OMR 838,900.
The financial sector was the only gainer after adding 0.14%, while the services sector declined 0.03%. The industrial sector remained unchanged.
United Finance led risers after increasing 4.35%, while Al Batinah Development and Investment Holding was the worst performer after losing 2.44%.
