Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise Development Agency (MSMEDA) injected EGP 101 million into micro and small enterprises in Assiut from January to the end of July.
An amount of EGP 53 million has been directed to seven centres targeted in the Haya Karima (A Decent Life) initiative, aimed at developing the rural areas in Egypt by improving infrastructure and community services, according to a statement on Sunday.
Funding these enterprises has led to the creation of 5,700 job opportunities for residents of Assiut Governorate.
