Cairo – Mubasher: The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency (MSMEDA) will receive an EUR 15 million grant from the European Investment Bank (EIB), the authority’s head of human and social development sector said.
The grant will be signed on Saturday, 8 December, Medhat Massoud added in a statement.
The MSMEDA is currently in talks with the World Bank to obtain a $200 million in financings for supporting small-sized enterprises and microfinance projects.
It I worth noting that director of MSMEDA Nevine Gamea said the authority financed 441,000 small-sized and microfinance projects with EGP 9.2 billion during the period from January 2017 to September 2018.
