Riyadh-Mubasher: The board of National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co. (Maadaniyah) recommended cash dividends for the fiscal year ending 31 December at SAR 0.5 a share, totalling SAR 14 million.
Shareholders of record on the general meeting date will be eligible for the dividends.
The meeting date will be announced after obtaining the approval of competent authorities.
