Kuwait - Mubasher: Mabanee Co recorded a net profit of KWD 12.36 million ($40.8 million) in the second quarter of 2016, with a slight slip of 0.16% from the same quarter last year.
The real estate company posted a 0.21% increase in profits to KWD 24.37 million in H1-16, compared to KWD 24.32 million in H1-15, according to the company’s statement to the Kuwait Stock Exchange on Sunday.
The increase in profits in the first half of 2016 was due to lower financing costs, the company added.
