Kuwait-Mubasher: Mabanee Company’s extraordinary general meeting agreed on increasing the capital by KWD 4.248 million ($14.09 million) to KWD 89.21 million ($295.89 million), according to a recent statement.
The capital raise will be through bonus shares totaling 42.480 million that will be distributed on the shareholders who are registered on the date prior to the share price adjustment.
