Kuwait-Mubasher: Al Rai Real Estate Company, a subsidiary wholly owned by Mabanee Company, signed an agreement for two hotels in Kuwait, according to a statement.
Under the agreement, Al Rai will manage and operate Conrad Hotels and Resorts, and Hilton Garden Inn.
Both hotels are estimated at a total cost of KWD 65,000 ($214.5 million), and scheduled for opening in early 2019.
