Kuwait-Mubasher: Mabanee Company’s ordinary general meeting agreed on distributing cash dividends and bonus shares totalling 15% of capital for 2015, according to a statement.
The company will pay 10% cash dividends or 10 fils per share and 5% bonus shares at 5-for-100.
Mabanee posted KWD 48.52 million ($160.64 million) in profits in FY15, compared to KWD 48.18 million ($159.52 million) in FY14, a rise of 0.71%.
