Kuwait - Mubasher: Mabanee Company has approved during its ordinary and extraordinary general meetings on Tuesday, the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders at 10 fils per share, as well as 5% bonus shares.
The ordinary general meeting (OGM) has also approved the financial results of last year, and the board of directors' and auditors’ reports, the company said in a statement to Boursa Kuwait on Wednesday.
