Kuwait – Mubasher: Mabanee Company said that the court has issued a ruling in favor of the 100%-owned subsidiary Fifth Ring Road Co over selling a land in Salmiya, Kuwait.
The property will be offered in a public auction scheduled on 5 December, 2016, according to a bourse statement issued Thursday.
The financial impact will be the company’s free will to establish an investment project or sell the property.
