Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly, reviewed the country’s achievements in the energy sector over the last two years.
Egypt managed to add 2,790 megawatts (MW) of thermal power with investments of EGP 34.8 billion and 2,221 MW of renewable energy with investments of EGP 1.8 billion, according to a statement on Tuesday.
The country also witnessed the delivery of natural gas to 2.3 million residential units and 141 new areas and the conversion of about 74,600 cars to run on natural gas.
