Mubasher: Made in Qatar 2018 exhibition (MIQ) will start on Monday, 3 December in Muscat.
The event will take place at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre in Muscat and end on 6 December.
The four-day event will offer mega investment opportunities for manufacturers, businessmen and investors to discover the locally-manufactured products and demands of the Qatari market.
Around 200 companies will participate in the MIQ expo, in addition to 11,900 visitors.
The main purpose of the exhibition is to support and promote the Qatari products in the pursuit of achieving the self-sufficiency and reducing dependence on imported items.
In September, Qatar Chamber (QC) and Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry have signed a cooperation protocol for launching the exhibition.
The protocol, which aims at activating the Qatari-Omani economic relations, was inked by Saleh bin Hamad Al Sharqi, QC director general, and Salem al Gunaibi in Muscat, Vice Chairman of Oman Chamber.
It also targets enhancing the strategic partnership that contributes to establishing projects and entities of economic benefits to both countries.
