Cairo – Mubasher: Madinet Nasr Housing and Development Company said Monday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will discuss a proposal to distribute dividends worth EGP 650 million for fiscal year 2016.
The dividends are divided into EGP 150 million cash dividends (30 piasters per share) and bonus shares worth EGP 500 million (1 bonus share for each ordinary share), according to a bourse filing.
The OGM will also discuss the board and auditor’s reports on the year which ended on 31 December 2016.
The stock was last traded at EGP 20.84.
