Cairo – Mubasher: Madinet Nasr Housing & Development said its backlog surged by 221% during the last eight months, triggered by the pick it witnessed in August 2016.
The company’s backlog amounted to EGP 1.4 billion during this eight-month period of 2016 compared with EGP 439.4 million for the same period of the previous year, said a press statement.
Sales performance has particularly improved during August 2016, showing a y-o-y growth of almost 520% to EGP519.1 million, versus to EGP 83.7 million recorded in August 2015.
