Cairo – Mubasher: Madinet Nasr Housing and Development said its contracting sales reached EGP 1.1 billion for November 2016 compared with EGP 23.4 million at the comparable period of the previous year.
The firm stated that its contracted sales have grown by six – fold by the end of the 11 – month period ended 30 November 2016 reaching EGP 3.1 billion compared with EGP 524.4 million a year earlier.
The prominent real estate developer attributed the growth of its contracted sales mainly to launching its new project SARAI.
The company also noted that its share in Capital Gardens project has reached EGP 349.3 million since the beginning of 2016.
