Cairo – Mubasher: Madinet Nasr Housing and Development on Wednesday reported a 21% year-on-year surge in consolidated profits for the full-year 2017.
Net profit amounted to EGP 933.05 million last year, up from EGP 768.9 million in 2016, including minority shareholders’ rights, the real estate firm said in a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Revenues rose to EGP 2.4 billion in 2017, versus EGP 2 billion a year earlier.
Given that standalone profits stood at EGP 943.2 million last year, up from EGP 738.7 million.
