Cairo – Mubasher: Madinet Nasr Housing and Development said its total contracted sales have reached EGP 3.25 billion since the start of 2016 until 5 November 2016.
The company also noted that its total contracted sales have reached EGP 2.4 billion by the end of last October up by 373% y-o-y.
On other hand, the leading urban developer said it launched its new project SARAI , where it sold all launched 463 units (phase 1), with a value of EGP 815 million.
Meanwhile, the company said its contracted sales reached EGP 450 million from Taj City project.
