Cairo – Mubasher: Madinet Nasr Housing and Development (MNHD) on Tuesday said that the last date for shareholders to be entitled to the bonus dividend distribution of 0.3369 shares for every share held will be 1 June.
Shareholders will receive their bonus shares starting 2 June, the company said in a bourse filing, adding that the bonus distribution totals EGP 125 million, raising capital from EGP 375 million to EGP 500 million.
