Cairo – Mubasher: Madinet Nasr Housing and Development said it eyes contracted sales worth EGP 5 billion in 2017, through launching new phases in its projects Taj City and SARAI.
The company also stated that it seeks to increase its contracted sales by 46% in 2017, said a bourse filling.
Earlier, Beltone Research raised the fair value of Madinet Nasr Housing to EGP 36.63 per share, with positive outlook.
