Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai-based Mag 5 Property Development (Mag 5 PD) plans to launch a new project in Dubai by mid-2016, said CEO Talal Al Gaddah.
Al Gaddah told Mubasher that the three-tower project will be located in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers.
In light of this project, the company is targeting sales worth AED3 billion, added Al Gaddah.
Mag 5 Boulevard saw strong sales in the past months, he said, adding that the 13-building project is comprised of 1,100 residential units worth AED 700 million.
